The Endo is a great addition to many of the Eberlestock day packs and midsize packs. Most of the smaller packs have classic internal small-pack frames called frame sheets. These plastic sheets are well suited to their purpose, however when you are in need of more structure, you can insert it into the main load area where it nestles into the back corner, alongside the main frame panel. Once there, the pack is now transformed into a much more structured pack, with vertical and lateral rigidity. The great thing about this concept is that it adds very little weight to the pack nor noise. It also has a subtle contour designed to enhance the lumbar support and follows the natural arc of the wearer's mid-upper back.
