What to expect from this product?

Personally, I have used Rite it the Rain throughout my time in the Marine Corp as a grunt. I, to this day still have notes I wrote back in the time when I was writing down stuff for field operations that still looks as good as it was when I wrote it during a rain storm. Yes rain, sleet you name it this stuff is sincerely the best made material out there for a field journal. If you seriously want to have something you can notate things, and reuse over and over again in the field so you can go over your notes on foraging, or other bushcraft skills, and erase your mistakes, this is the perfect notebook to get. But, we need to know somethings first about this journal so all the areas are covered before you get this.

You can used it wet or dry with these items listed below:
All Pencils (If your like me this is all I used.)
Rite In the Rain Pen
Wax Markers
Crayons (Not sure why, but ok!)
Oil Pastels and Paints (Unless you love to paint, awh yeah that an interesting ability.)

You can used it when dry only with these items listed below:
Permanent Marker
Standard Ballpoint Pen

Items not worth trying to use because they will not work at all:
Gel Pens
Most Highlighters
Fountain Pens
Water Colors
Acrylic Paint
