Rifle Training

Preparatory Training:
- Perform weapons handling procedures with a service rifle/carbine.
- Maintain a service rifle/carbine.
- Perform corrective action with a service rifle/carbine.
- Zero a service rifle/carbine. 

Fundamental Rifle Marksmanship: The fundamental knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary for safe and accurate firing of the rifle. 
- Engage targets from a prone position with a service rifle/carbine.
- Engage targets from a sitting position with a service rifle/carbine.
- Engage targets from a kneeling position with a service rifle/carbine.
- Engage targets from a standing position with a service rifle/carbine.
- Engage targets at the sustained rate of fire with a service rifle/carbine
- Perform the Fundamentals of Marksmanship with a service rifle/carbine.

Basic Combat Rifle Marksmanship:
- Demonstrate weapons carries with the service rifle/carbine.
- Execute a Tactical Reload with a service rifle/carbine.
- Execute a Speed Reload with a service rifle/carbine.
- Execute Controlled Pairs with a service rifle/carbine.
- Execute Failure to Stop Drills with a service rifle/carbine.
- Execute Multiple Target Engagements with a service rifle/carbine.
- Engage a moving target with a service rifle/carbine.
- Perform Basic Combat Marksmanship Skills with a service rifle/carbine. 

Intermediate Combat Rifle Marksmanship: 
- Execute Hammer Pairs with a service rifle/carbine.
- Engage target using pivot techniques with a service rifle/carbine.
- Engage targets while moving forward with a service rifle/carbine.
- Engage targets with a service rifle/carbine at night.
- Engage targets from an unknown distance with a service rifle/carbine.
- Perform Intermediate Combat Marksmanship Skills with a service rifle/carbine. 

Advanced Combat Rifle Marksmanship:
- Engage targets while using lateral movement techniques with a service rifle/carbine.
- Perform Advanced Combat Marksmanship Skills with a service rifle/carbine during daytime
- Perform Advanced Combat Marksmanship Skills with a service rifle/carbine during night.
